200 Meters is a photo essay about life during the COVID-19 lockdown in Florence, Italy. For over 70 days, residents throughout most of Italy were restricted to moving no further than 200 meters from their homes and allowed to leave only for essential reasons. Specifically documenting the streets of Florence, almost completely devoid of any activity, these photos were taken en route to the grocery store or pharmacy within the apportioned distance from my home.
